Special pricing

I have an infant with me. Do i have to pay for them too?

Children under the age of 3 can join our tours for free and they’re welcome. However reservations need to be made for them as well. Simply select the number of “infants” with you, during the booking process.

Do you offer special prices for children?

Yes! We offer differentiated prices for children between the ages of 4 and 11 and between 12 and 17! At the time of booking you can select the age ranges of your children. Please bring with you an ID for minors, it may be required for age verification by the officers at the entrance of attractions.

Do you offer senior pricing?

Unfortunately not. For some years now, discounted tickets for over 65s are no longer available in Italy any more, to all attractions.

Do you offer student prices?

At the moment we offer discounts only to school groups on an educational visit. Contact us to arrange your tailor-made school trip.

Does Askos Tours offer Gift Cards?

Are there any discounts for teachers?

In many Italian attractions, entrance tickets are free for teachers from the European Community. Contact us, if possible we will apply a discount equivalent to the cost of entrance tickets to your booking.

I have a promotional code, where do I enter it?

If you have a promotional code, it must be entered in the appropriate box marked “Special deal” while you’re booking, after selecting the date, time and number of adults and children you intend to book for your tour.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all credit cards, PayPal and prepaid cards. If you have any difficulties during the payment process, do not hesitate to contact us by phone at +39 081 18 36 88 16. Our operators will be happy to support you. If you prefer, we can also process your payment by phone, quickly and safely. We also accept bank transfers, if they are made at least 7 days before the tour date.

All your data are processed following the highest standards of protection and security, in compliance with the international regulations in force on privacy.

What currencies do you accept?

We currently accept payments in EURO only.

I need an invoice, how can I request it?

To request your invoice, just write an email to finance.askos@gmail.com.

Indicate the name on the reservation, the date and the tour you have booked.
