Cancellation policy, rescheduling and refunds FAQs

Information regarding our cancellation, modification, delays and refund policies.

Rescheduling

Rain is expected on the day of my tour, can I reschedule?

Our tours are guaranteed in any weather conditions, rain or shine.

Unfortunately we cannot accept tour rescheduling related to weather conditions. In case of rain, we recommend that you bring a raincoat or an umbrella.

Tours can be rescheduled (or canceled) only in case of emergency weather conditions, which involve the closure of urban areas or attractions by the competent authorities (see force majeure).

Can I change my tour date?

You can change the tour date by contacting our office team. If we have spots available, we will be happy to reschedule your tour. Some rescheduling may be subject to modification costs related, in particular, to the cost of non-refundable and non-changeable entrance tickets.

The modification and rescheduling policy terms are the following:

Small group tours:

More than 24 hours before the date of the tour: you can reschedule your tour for another date or for a different time slot without incurring any penalty or additional cost. You can reschedule only for new dates/turns where Askos Tours has still availability of spots.

Less than 24 hours before the date of the tour: you cannot reschedule the tour for a different date without incurring any penalty of 100%. Please contact our office: you will need to arrange a new booking for the new date/turn required.
