The Vatican Museums have very strict dress codes. It is important to cover your shoulders and legs (both for men and women). Anyone wearing shorts above the knee will not be allowed to enter. Hats are not allowed inside.

• What can I bring inside the Vatican Museums and the Colosseum?

Visitors are checked with a metal detector at the entrance. If you have prohibited items, you will need to leave them in the luggage storage.

• Is lunch included?

Lunch is not included in the tour price. However, if you wish, you can take a lunch break. Our guide will recommend the best restaurants for a good meal.

• Where do I meet my driver?

Your driver will pick you up at your accommodation anywhere in the metropolitan area of Rome.

• What happens if it rains on the day of the tour?

This tour will run regardless of weather conditions. We recommend bringing an umbrella or raincoat in case of rain.

• Do you accept RomaPass tickets for the Vatican or the Colosseum?

No. Since this tour includes all tickets, it is not possible to use different tickets or passes other than those provided directly by us.

• When booking, please provide the full names of the participants—exactly as listed on their identification documents—so that we can proceed with the purchase of entrance tickets.

Cancellation Policy

• A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
• No refund will be issued if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the tour start time.

Tickets are non-refundable in case of cancellation, as they must be purchased well in advance.
