- As you explore, discover must-see Pompeii sites of interest including the Basilica, the Thermopolium of Asellina, and the Stabian Baths – the oldest thermal complex in the city.
- Admire the House of Faun – one of the largest and most impressive private residences in Pompeii – and stroll along the Via dell’Abbondanza to the Teatro Grande, the most important theater in Pompeii. We’ll also take in the Lupanare – the world’s oldest house of ill repute.

- Visit UNESCO-listed Herculaneum
- With your guide leading the way, board the Circumvesuviana train for a short journey to Herculaneum – the region’s second most famous Roman ruins. Unlike Pompeii, the streets and buildings here were buried not by ash but by 20-meter-thick avalanche of mud. Many experts believe this mud preserved the site even better than Pompeii, offering visitors vivid insights into the opulent lifestyle enjoyed by wealthier citizens of the Roman Empire.
